AI Workflow Implementation Sprint

Turn one validated AI use case into a working process your team can actually run.

If you already know where AI should help but the work still depends on ad-hoc prompts or individual know-how, this sprint turns one use case into a tested, documented, human-operated workflow inside your existing ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace.

For: small organisations with one defined, recurring, low- or moderate-consequence AI use case and an existing ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace.

£1,500 fixed fee

One organisation · one team or function · one recurring workflow · one existing supported workspace · one ChatGPT Project OR one custom GPT.

Planned delivery: normally within seven working days once the agreed information, access route and scope are complete.

Human-operated · tested before handover · manual fallback retained.

What changes

The purpose, approved inputs, sources and final human decision point become explicit.

One Project or custom GPT is configured around the agreed workflow instead of relying on a loose collection of prompts.

Normal, boundary and failure cases are tested so known limitations are visible before handover.

The team receives a documented way to run the work, check the output, handle exceptions and fall back to the existing method.

Implementation brief

The workflow purpose, operator, inputs, outputs, source material, constraints, human authority and stop conditions.

Current state and fallback

The existing way of doing the work is captured so there is a viable manual fallback if the AI workflow is unavailable or unsuitable.

Target workflow

A clear map from human initiation and approved input through the AI step, verification, approval, operational use and exceptions.

Configured workflow

One customer-owned ChatGPT Project OR one custom GPT configured inside the existing Business or Enterprise workspace.

Input, control and test rules

Practical rules for source priority, verification, human approval, exceptions and stop conditions, tested against up to ten representative agreed cases.

SOP and handover

Operating instructions, a 60-minute walkthrough, the exact tested configuration, recorded limitations and ten working days of defect support.

WORKED EXAMPLE

See how this can work

Example situation: If you already know where AI should help but the work still depends on ad-hoc prompts or individual know-how, this sprint turns one use case into a tested, documented, human-operated workflow inside your existing ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace.

We would start with what is happening now and the information already available, then work through the service described on this page. If the problem needs a different route, we would say so before broadening the work.

A clearer result: The purpose, approved inputs, sources and final human decision point become explicit.

What you could receive: Implementation brief, Current state and fallback, Target workflow, Configured workflow, Input, control and test rules, and SOP and handover.

Where this could lead next

This service is complete in its own right. You do not need another service for this one to be worthwhile. If the work uncovers a separate problem worth solving, these are the most likely next steps.

AI Output Assurance & Red-Team Review

If the implemented workflow will produce material AI-assisted outputs that need structured adversarial checking before use, this can help you strengthen factual, evidential and reasoning assurance.

AI Adoption Support Retainer

If questions, new use cases or focused updates become an ongoing need rather than a one-off implementation issue, this can help you provide a controlled recurring support route.

If the work resolves the problem and no separate need remains, no further House of Carol service is needed.

Not sure what follows? You do not need to choose another service now. Start with the problem in front of you.

What needs to be in place?

The use case should already be validated as worth implementing, the underlying process needs to be stable enough to work from and there must be an accountable workflow owner.

The customer must already own and control a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace with the permissions needed for the agreed Project or custom GPT.

What is outside the scope?

The standard sprint does not include APIs, webhooks, external integrations, scheduled or unattended execution, automatic external sending or write-back, multiple connected systems, a second workflow, new paid software, fine-tuning or bespoke retrieval infrastructure.

It does not provide legal advice, DPO services, cybersecurity audit, certification or a regulated-sector professional opinion, and it does not cover high-consequence clinical, safeguarding, employment, credit or eligibility decision systems.

Is this the right service?

It fits when one recurring AI use case has already been selected, the current process is understood and the organisation wants a consistent human-operated method inside its existing supported ChatGPT workspace.

If you are still deciding where AI is useful, start with the AI Workflow Opportunity Review. If the requirement depends on triggers or system-to-system automation, use the automation implementation service.

What this service does not promise

The sprint does not promise a percentage time saving, accuracy rate, revenue gain or return on investment. Any benefit has to be observed in real use.

FROM INTEREST TO A CLEAR DECISION

How to get started

Start with the problem, not a purchase decision. We will check whether this service fits before anything is agreed.

1. Tell us what is happening

Share the problem you are trying to solve, what you already have and any deadline or constraint that matters.

2. We check the fit

We check the scope, the information we would need, the fee and whether this is genuinely the right service. If it is not, we will say so.

3. You decide with the facts clear

Nothing starts until you know what is included, what is not, what you need to provide and what happens next.

There is no pressure to add another service. The useful next step is simply to decide whether this one solves the problem in front of you.

Start with the workflow

Which validated AI use case are you ready to turn into a reliable working method?

Tell us the workflow, who performs it, the ChatGPT workspace you already use and what a successful human-controlled result should look like. We will confirm whether the £1,500 sprint fits before anything is agreed.
